E-learning – electronic learning is the application of Information technology to education. E-learning enables the learner to learn from anywhere and at any time with the aid of the computer system. E-learning can range from downloading a simple educative material onto a single computer or using a networked computer to achieve learning.

Electronic learning can be computer-based or web-based. It can also be delivered through a virtual classroom or by digital enhanced collaboration.
