ICT
ICT is an acronym for Information and Communication Technology.
ICT comprises of any device or system that enable the storage, retrieval, manipulation and transmission or dissemination of information. Such devices include television, radio, computer hardware, software and networks, cellular/mobile phones and satellite systems.
The term ICT is sometimes used interchangeably with IT – Information Technology.
ICT or IT can also refer to the study, the design, development, implementation management, support and applications of computer systems. Simply put, ICT includes any devices that can transmit information in form of voice, video or data.
